Light Grain Bread
This light grain bread recipe has the addition of molasses and honey, making it a slightly sweeter bread. This recipe also includes sunflower seeds and wheat germ, which provides a good source of fibre, protein, folate (folic acid), vitamin B6, copper and magnesium.
Delicious for sandwiches or toasted for breakfast.

| honey | 1 tbsp. | 1 1/2 tbsp. |
| salt | 3/4 tsp. | 1 1/4 tsp. |
| butter/margarine | 1 tbsp. | 2 tbsp. |
| wheat germ | 3 tbsp. | 1/4 cup |
| sunflower seeds | 2 tbsp. | 3 tbsp. |
| bread machine yeast | 1 1/2 tsp. | 2 1/2 tsp. |
Follow your manufacturers directions for loading ingredients into your bread machine, measuring carefully.
