Italian Herb Bread
This italian herb bread is delicious served with soup, salads (try it with our greek salad, and sandwiches (antipasto sandwiches, or italian subs.

| water | 1 1/4 cups | 1 1/2 cups |
| skim milk powder | 1/4 cup | 1/4 cup |
| salt | 1 tsp. | 1 1/2 tsp. |
| sugar | 1 tbsp. | 2 tbsp. |
| olive oil | 1 tbsp. | 2 tbsp. |
all-purpose flour (or bread flour) | 3 1/3 cups | 4 cups |
| fresh parsley | 1/4 cup | 1/3 cup |
| dried basil | 1 tsp. | 1 1/4 tsp. |
| dried marjoram | 1 tsp. | 1 1/4 tsp. |
| dried thyme | 1 tsp. | 1 1/4 tsp. |
| bread machine yeast | 1 tsp. | 1 1/4 tsp. |
Measure ingredients into your baking pan as recommended by your bread machine's manufacturer.
Tip:Any leftover bread from this loaf makes excellent croutons for salads. Cut into small cubes, mix with a bit of melted butter and toast (in a fry pan or in your oven) until lightly browned.
