Carrot, Dill and Onion Bread

Healthy and delicious! Carrot, dill and onion bread has a fresh-from-the-garden taste that you will love in your next picnic sandwich.

If your bread machine typically uses 2 cups of flour, use the small loaf recipe. Use the large loaf recipe if your machine can hold 3 cups of flour.

Ingredients:

Small Loaf Large Loaf
water 3/4 cup 1 1/4 cups
shredded carrots 1/3 cup 1/2 cup
bread flour 1 1/4 cups 2 cups
whole wheat flour 3/4 cups 1 cup
instant dry milk powder 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons
sugar 1 teaspoon 1 1/4 teaspoons
salt 1 teaspoon 1 1/4 teaspoons
butter/margarine 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons
dried dill weed 1/8 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon
dried minced onions 1 tablespoon 1 1/2 tablespoons
bread machine yeast 1 1/4 teaspoons 2 teaspoons

Follow your bread machines directions for loading ingredients into the bread pan. Select regular, rapid or delayed-time baking cycle, as you prefer. Enjoy!
