Blueberry Granola Bars
Instead of buying sugar-filled cereal bars from the store, why not make your own with this healthy blueberry granola bar recipe? They are simple to make, but the biggest advantage is that "you know and control what goes in"!
Healthy Tip:
Blueberries are one of the richest sources of antioxidants. Researchers also claim that the phytochemicals in blueberries can help reverse short-term memory loss. |
